After the 2011 release of “Magpie Parables,” g. Eddison took 12+ years away from live music and studio recording. Without rehearsals, Isaac Eicher (mandolin), Nathan Eicher (upright bass), and Jim Spalding (drums, backing vocals) joined g. Eddison on October 3, 2023 to re-form Independence 76 and record “LIVE at The Church Studio” in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Play loud for best results.

This live performance is lovingly dedicated to: Leon Russell, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, JJ Cale, Carl Radle, Shelby Eicher and all of the wonderful “Okie Folk” that have cared for The Church through the years.
